Asset Property Services is a family-run real estate company on Main Street in Fishkill. We have been managing, maintaining, selling, and renting Hudson Valley property for longer than some of our tenants have been alive.
Where we come from
The firm was formed in 1991 to manage investment property in the Hudson Valley, and that's still the heart of the book: medical office buildings, strip retail centers, rental storage facilities, residential multifamily from two-family houses up to a 282-unit apartment community, and more than a hundred single-family rental homes.
Unlike larger firms, we specialize in individual properties. Whatever the size, each one gets its own plan, its own budget, and the same three departments: administration, financials, and an in-house maintenance crew covering landscaping, snow removal, painting, electric, plumbing, and carpentry.
How we work
Transparently, mostly. You see what we see: monthly statements, invoices, and photographs of completed work. We walk your property before we quote it, we answer questions with numbers, and we'd rather tell you an honest "that roof has two winters left" than a comfortable maybe.
We keep our available rentals confidential, matched to applicants rather than broadcast, to protect privacy and fit for owners and tenants alike. It's a slower way to fill a vacancy, and a faster way to keep one filled.
